I have always loved experimenting with food. From way back in my teenage years I have been drawn to crafting concoctions in the kitchen. Working at UMA brings that all forward to a perfect place for me. The kitchen provides an ideal setting for learning about life around us from the farm fields to the history of foods and everything in between. I feel blessed that I get to combine my passion for creating in the kitchen and my passion for teaching about good healthy eating.
